Contractors grass seed is great when you need to begin grass as new growth or patching damage areas. It responds to conditions found at your scene -- in my case, a fall planting with cooler temps and shorter periods of sunlight. Great grass seed that is very hardy in Midwest weather. Grows thick and fast
I ordered the wrong type of grass seed so it doesn’t match the rest of my yard but this stuff is great. Only issue I have is that it grows almost too fast. I can’t keep up mowing it.

It works! The bare patches on my lawn are coming back to life!
I bought this to help fill in some bare areas mainly along the back edge of my yard as well as some patches that were struggling due to old dead growth that needed to be removed. Between unclogging them a bit and adding this seed, they're coming back to life.Easy to use, the grass is growing in lush and green and looks great. I'm glad I bought this.

Contractors grade, but came in beautifully, started sprouting within a week, just keep it watered and you will not be disappointed. Great price on a giant bag, highly recommended and super fast shipping A+++++

The price is great but there’s too many weeds in the seed
Very slow to grow and many areas it did not grow at all properly watered fertilize and drained so I don’t know what is going on I appear to be getting more weeds than grass
