I’m very happy with this hair color shampoo. I used the Luxury Blonde shade and the result was a very natural-looking color with a nice warm tone and great shine. It blended well with my hair and covered my gray evenly without looking fake or too dark. The application is simple, just like washing your hair, and there was no strong chemical odor, which I really appreciated. After using it, my hair felt soft, smooth, and well-conditioned, not dry or damaged. Even after several washes, the color still looks fresh and vibrant. Overall, my hair looks healthier, shinier, and more polished. This is a convenient and effective option for covering gray hair at home, and I would definitely buy it again.

I’m actually impressed by this hair color shampoo. It does a great job covering gray hair ,I don’t feel that it damages my hair at all, it feels like soft and manageable after using it. The fact that it contains 9 herbal extracts makes it feel much gentler than traditional hair dyes. The color result looks very natural, and neutral brown, I like how easy it is to use since it works just like washing your hair. It’s a convenient, low maintenance option for gray coverage without the damaging your hair. So I’ll def recommend it !

This doesn't even deserve ZERO stars! EVERYTHING about the description of this product is an outright LIE! Not only did it NOT cover a SINGLE grey hair, but FAR worse, it has COMPLETELY RUINED my WAIST-LENGTH HAIR that I have spent countless YEARS (well over a decade) growing out, by turning it an absolutely HORRENDOUSLY DISGUSTING shade of bright yet DIRTY looking ORANGE!!! I am not a terribly vain person, yet this is SO BAD, that I am in literal TEARS and utterly HUMILIATED and ASHAMED of just HOW HORRENDOUS this looks. It is SO BAD, there is NO WAY I can go out in public looking like this! I'm too ashamed and embarrassed to even post photos of what this has done to my formerly beautiful hair. I've wrapped up my hair and stuffed a beanie over my head, and can't even BEAR to look at this or I start crying again. I assure you that I am also NOT an overly emotional person, either. All I wanted was to cover (or even just make less noticeable) the grey/white hairs, and the product photos shown for this shade (Wild Honey) are almost a perfect match to my natural color, and with so many great reviews, this seemed like the perfect product, but instead, is a humiliatingly UGLY nightmare. And then to add insult to injury, I am having to argue just to get a refund for this vile LIE of a product, which is, quite literally, the VERY LEAST that can be done after this garbage has completely RUINED my waist-length hair that has taken more than a decade to grow out. Some may think this to be an overreaction, but ladies, I KNOW so many of you will understand just HOW important our hair is to us. It's FAR more than "just hair". For so many of us, it is somehow a DEEPLY meaningful and DEEPLY INTEGRATED part of our *IDENTITY*, itself. And considering that this isn't a pixie cut or something that will "just grow out in a couple/few months" and be okay again, but rather (and please forgive the repetition and grant me grace; I just truly AM beside myself here), but hair that is just slightly past my WAIST in length...... Words cannot express HOW UGLY this is! Not to mention that EVERY SINGLE solitary stand of grey and white hairs REMAIN stark grey and white amidst the background of this absolutely HIDEOUS orange color! (Not copper, not red, not strawberry: but ORANGE!!! The ugliest shade imaginable! Like, maybe pale dirty rust or something. I can't even describe it, it is SO AWFUL!!!) My hair was also healthy virgin hair with no damage, so nothing of that sort could explain why or how it turned out like this, either. The absolute BARE MINIMUM that this company could and SHOULD do is refund the money wasted on their absolutely ATROCIOUS product with an absolutely 100% LIE of a description, from the color shown to claiming that it covers greys, which has completely and utterly RUINED my hair! I cannot even begin to guess the massive cost it will require to even attempt to fix this. And HERBBY, if you read this, I will be reporting you to the BBB and taking any and ALL other actions possible for what your scam product has done to me, only for you to then somehow manage to make it even WORSE by ALSO finding a way to add even MORE stress to an already horrible situation by trying to refuse a refund! You should be as ashamed of yourselves as your horrible product has made ME feel about MYSELF by completely destroying my hair! Not to even *mention* the massive amount of hair your product made fall out! Hopefully *that* doesn't continue to be an issue on TOP of everything else. Not that it matters much, since this horrifically disgusting color is SO UGLY and humiliating, that I WILL have to live in this beanie for the foreseeable future. Salons charge HUNDREDS of dollars to attempt to color-correct hair, let alone hair this long, which is financially prohibitive. I do apologize for such venting, but this is absolutely heartbreaking, humiliating, AND infuriating.

I absolutely love this shampoo with hair dye. It’s very easy to use and leaves a beautiful, natural-looking chestnut brown color. It covers gray hair very well from the first application and makes my hair feel soft, shiny, and healthy. It doesn’t dry out my hair at all; instead, it feels conditioned while coloring. The scent is pleasant, and the color lasts a long time. Great product for covering grays at home quickly and easily.

I really like Herbby. I have darkest brown hair and hard-to-dye hair. I gave it 4 stars because on the sides of my head by my ears, the dark brown shade dyes nice and dark, but on the top of my head, it dyes a lighter brown shade than the sides of head w/ a reddish tint. This could be a problem due to my actual hair, though. The first round is fine, but as the hair grows out, the color is too disparate on top. So, I mix the dark brown shade with the Herbby black color. That works great. I'm still trying to figure out how much black to use, so it's not too dark. It doesn't bother my scalp and for the most part, it doesn't dye my face. Regarding the dark brown, I don't think it stains my face, but the black shade has stained it (mixed w/ the dark brown) 2 times now. I don't mind. It comes off the next day or so. Nice color and easy to use, though, I do apply the color by sectioning my head, just like when I use a box dye, for more even coverage. I love its ease-of-use, mixes perfectly, easy application and the wait is short before washing out. I recommend Herbby!
