With this one it does not shave the meat off properly and part of it gets caught in the space before the blade. Also it makes a lot more noise than the 1st one I had. Therefore I would not recommend it.

East to use

Cheap Chinese knock off
The cheap plastic pieces holding the thickness guide to set depth was held together by 4 little screws, all of them were busted loose, apparently over tightened on assembly

Quit after 3rd use
Motor burned out slicing a beef roast. Only the 3rd time we used it.

Not great over time, where are replacement blades?
I need replacement blades and can’t find them? Overall this it’s holding up, it’s extremely loud and no longer cutting well. Hoping I just need new blades ( which I can not find) or I’ll have to buy a whole new deli slicer .
