during the pandemic its hard to get outside to exercise. i work in the office whole day, it is hard to spare time for stretching.I found this reverse table is very easy to use. i can jump on it in between my breaks and stretch myself. I can feel my back and neck is stretched, feeling a lot more comfortable. another thing i like about this is this can be folded and it is light to carry. stretching from this inversion table is so much better than try to stretch on my own yoga matt. easier and much more effective.recommend as a work from home person.

I really like this inversion table and wouldn't want to be without it. It's essential for me as laying flat on my back on the floor wasn't cutting it after many years of that at my chiropractor's request. It is comfortable once you become accustomed to it, is highly adjustable and sturdy. It helps with muscle stretching, and back tension. I'm walking straighter because of it. It's attractive and I leave mine up and ready to go. Sturdy and a great value.

I like this Inversion table, I have very intense pain from Scoliosis and after using it on the first level for only about two weeks, I can feel it improving a bit. The instructions say to lift one arm slowly up and you will fall back, and to get back up again it says to lower your arm down and you will be upright. I have tried that to lift myself back up but it never works, I have to pull myself back up using the handle bars and it really hurts my back, I'm hoping that using it for a longer time that it won't hurt anymore when I try to get up. The padded shoulder bars hurt my shoulders every time I laid back so I took them off. The foot contraption always hurts the front of my feet. So the only thing that I like about this table is that it stretches your back and you can do that with any Inversion table

I have suffered from lower back pain due to sitting for hours working from home. I have been using this table for over a month and I am glad I listened to my chiropractor, it stretches my lower back comfortably and relieves my pain. It is easy to assemble and very sturdy. It works great!

This item was delivered on time, it took me about 30min to but together. Very easy and my husband and I are enjoying this for our back and neck issues,
