What can i say customer service is outstanding couldn't be more helpful product is just what i need with new baby on the way i didnt realise that the static shock was disabled they sent me free of charge a full version with static shock enabled didnt want me to return the other one i now have two very good products people i recommend this company to every one there very customer friendly my have a new baby on the way and our staff is very protective its Purley as a pracoursion and peace of mind i will definitely use them again kept in constant contact with me very very very pleased

I gave this product a bad review as it is advertised for two dogs but you only get one collar (false advertising). The company phoned me and practically begged me to remove my review as they were going to send me another collar the very next day . Two weeks and still waiting. Well keep your collar because they don't work anyway. I have a medium sized dog and after a few days he got used to it and it doesn't make any difference.what a waste of money.

Does what it says on the tin! Very effective, it stops them barking immediately. Great. Would recommend.

Does just what i wanted on sound and vibrate.Very handy for training larger dogs.Worked better than citronella collar.

Does exactly what it says on the box.
