This book was neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Barbara O'neill !!! The authors are simply using her good name to sell their product without authorization. It should be criminal! I found out too late to return it. Don't let this happen to you.The book is written in huge type on half-filled sheets, which is why it has 450 pages. Mine is going straight into the wood stove. Perhaps it will add some warmth to an otherwise cold experience.

Great if you are a beginner. I personally didn’t learn anything new and passed it on to a friend who is just starting out on a wellness journey. It is a very good book though!

I thought I was buying a book BY Barbara O’Neill, this isn’t, it’s written by two other people based on “her teachings.” It’s just paperback and the pages are cheaply printed.That said - it still has fantastic information in it. I like the detailed breakdown of herbs and also illnesses/conditions and suggestions to help improve.
