Overall, pleased and impressed with this product. I used it to anchor a medium sized bookshelf in the nursery, and after carefully following the install instructions, the bookshelf would barely move once anchored to the wall - even when my 9-month old would climb on it!I’d been dreading removing the anchors, but our lease was up and u had no choice. Removing them wasn’t the easiest, but with care I was able to remove them from the wall and bookshelf without damage. The key is peeling/rolling the adhesive off very very slowly. Go slower than you think/want. I also cut the foam in half so I could easily get behind the adhesive with my nail and roll it off slowly. I also think treating the wall with rubbing alcohol before install was key. The pictures show mud-removal process, and post removal.

BUY THIS! I installed a hall tree in mymudroom and between the baseboard not coming out and the ONE stud in the wall behind it trying to anchor to the wall was a nightmare. I found these and the reviews are right these are amazing. I put two across the top while anchoring to the stud as well and my hall tree barely wiggles at all. If you're questing the peel and stick don't, it's like gorilla glue strength absolutely worth the money.

Easy to install functions as designed.

Pleasantly surprised. Easy to install. Exactly what I needed for a bookcase against the wall. I’m not sure how it will be able to be removed but currently it’s stable and better than I expected.

Cats can't knock it down love it

I was skeptical that this product would adhere to a wood laminate cabinet and a plaster wall but it did. I don't have little kids to worry about or live in an earthquake area but it's good for what I need.

Wow, the drywall damage is real. If I’d had any idea it was going to rip part of my wall off in my rental, I would have just drilled a small hole instead. They definitely should not put in the description “no damage to your wall”.

I didn't think it would work with my tall Billy bookcases with glass doors, but the regular attaching metal strips were not going to fix the problem. I have a shoe molding and a tall baseboard which was tilting the top of the bookcase a good 4 inches away from the wall. The black spongey part is about 2" thick. Let me tell you. Make sure you put it in the place you want it because you will not be able to move it. I tried. It tore the paint off. But it works better than anything else. It has a little give when the floor shakes, but it won't let go. It stands up straight. It looks like nothing, but it works like everything.
