This generic fluticasone nasal spray is not as superior as the brand name flonase but for a generic at a much cheaper price, it is decent enough. I use it for nasal congestion/sinus inflammation that seems to follow me year round. In my opinion this nasal spray works a little slower and just not as powerful than the brand name, but it does work. I find it works better with consistency though. So more of a maintenance than fast acting relief. Since Im prone to congestion year round, maintenance is probably a good thing. Plus since it is a year round issue, I also need to save where I can and this version helps cut costs. If I need fast acting, what I do is that I take an allergy tablet with D ingredient as needed and just follow up with this nasal spray. I use the spray longer term and hence am able to not have to take as many oral meds as I would have to otherwise, which is great considering I have this issue year round. This Nasal spray clears my sinuses enough to provide better sleep during my flare ups and it does it without irritating my nose. I feel less inflammation and better overall.

Works great for me, actually better than prescription nasal sprays and for way less money. I’ve been using it for a couple of years. I would highly recommend it.

This works just as good as any other brand. I've used the equate and flonase and a generic from the pharmacy. None of them are any different then the other and this one is the best value for your money.

I like the performance of this spray compared to a more expensive name brand, so I added it to my subscribe and save order. My allergies really respond well with less side effects.

This is the exact same thing as Flonase. But it's 1/3 the price. Does every bit as good.

This is great to keep me from getting a sinus infection and it helps throughout the year with allergies and it also doesn’t cost a lot like Flo-Nase, but does the same job.

So good when allergies are causing sinus problems. Great price.
