Bought this lil guy to trim outside skirt steaks at work. I have tried many knives (Dexter, Chicago Cutlery, even an expensive Victorinox boning knife), and this knife has been the best by far, and the cheapest. It's edge is good, and very easy to maintain with a few strokes on a diamond file. Definitely get this knife 👍👍

I was skeptical at first thinking this is a cheap crappy knife. But tor the price I took a chance. Boy was I wrong. The fit and finish is excellent. Shaving sharp right out of the box. Cuts tomatoes super thin and easily. The efge holds up well even through bone. If you don't want to spend a lot on a decent kitchen knife, this is the one to buy!

Very sharp right out of the box. I can only imagine how sharp this edge could be if I put it on a sharpening stone. It comes with a good utility factory ads that would be fine as a charcuterie knife. As soon as I got it I found it useful for a lot of other things. It has a good handle size and a small enough blade to be very easy to work with around almost anything. The blade is definitely thick enough for the length and blade style. This is a useful knife to put in your kitchen or workshop. If you don't have this style of knife in your workspace, whether it be kitchen or shop, just get it. At this price $7 you won't regret it. You can have it for decades. It looks like one that would last.

Love this knife perfect size for everything except breaking down large cuts of meat i think this is the stainless version i also Acquired a high carbon steel version of this knife as well but that one doesn't get as much use as it cannot be left soaking.....ik im lazy when it comes to cleaning.....so all the dishes tend to soak probably longer than they should

Sturdy, comfortable and has a decent edge to it. Perfect size for kitchen work. I’ve used it on steak and chicken and so far so good.

I just received this great little knife today.I was impressed that it was sharp right out of the box.I diced some onions,and sliced some cheddar cheese. The blade cuts,chops,slices as good as my Mercer chefs knife! It feels good in my hand,and I am sure it would endure long sessions of vegetable prepping without straining my wrist and hands. The blade is made of stainless steel so it is corrosion resistant....do NOT put it in the dishwasher! It will damage your knife. Hand wash in soapy water rinse well and dry immediately. I use a mercer blade cover to protect the edge,so I don't get chips thus rendering the knife useless. You get a lot for your money with this knife,I am totally satisfied with the purchase,and will buy several more to gift friends,& family. I will get another for myself to take camping. Not large, but good useable size. Very sharp right out of the package. Great value for the price.
