faulty and poorly made
Unfortunately the product was broken. The main control switch was faulty. While it looks good in the pics the reality is that it is of cheap and poor construction .we bought a kenwood for an extra £30 which seems a lot sturdier but then what do you expect for under a 100. Good point is the excellent customer service from the seller.
