They really help me to sleep, I e tried others but these are by far the best

I tried it before and it is my favourite choice... helps me sleeping deeply and remarkably reliefs muscle cramps

Early days yet, will have to see how things improve. I am sure the tablets will be doing me good.

This product has been soo good that I stopped taking it during work week, as I kept oversleeping and not hearing my alarms. I introduced my parents to it, now as soon as it’s running low they would start nagging me to get order more. I also introduced it to my sis in law who struggles with sleeping and Alhamdulilah it has helped her soo much.

Not 100% magnesium glycinate in case that’s what you are expecting. This is what it says on the label: Serving size: 2 capsules Magnesium per serving: 72mg (from 400mg magnesium glycinate chelate buffered -> magnesium glycinate chelate, magnesium oxide)

Brilliant product, helpful and effective, highly recommend

So as I sit here at 3am with the taste of one of the aniseed-flavoured antacid liquids on my lips I felt these capsules needed a review before I return them. Firstly they are only 72mg of elemental Magnesium - yes that's stated on the package but not explained - if you want to achieve the RDA you'll need to take 4 a day (for a man). Next is the rather unpleasant taste in my mouth that started about an hour after taking the first 2 capsules (1 hour before bedtime, with food). Almost metallic, slightly foosty - just an unpleasant smell/taste in the back of my throat. Finally as the start of this review hinted at, the raging reflux that woke me up and that I'm currently suffering 5hrs after taking them. I even slept slightly propped-up but to no avail. I guess you could suggest it's a coincidence but I will definitely not be trying them again to find out, they are going back. I'm off to go find a more trusted brand with a decent dose and preparation.
