These bars are my daily GO TO!! Very tasty and filling. If you like figs (Fig Newtons) then you will love these!!! The ingredients are simple and straight forward. Take your time eating these, they are chewy and can get caught in your teeth! 🤣🤣

The price is good compared to grocery store.like the variety. Protein snack, healthy ingredients. The texture is chewy. I keep in refrigerator for a firmer texture.

A lot of these flavors get stuck on my teeth easily and takes forever to brush them out.I normally eat these on the go and I do not want my teeth to look nasty and don’t always carry a tooth brush on me.It’s also very hard to eat these without also having some water.Not practical, would not get again even tho they might be a better alternative to other protein bars in a health standpoint
