Sir Kensington's Mayo ingredients include more expensive Organic cage free eggs and the oil is 100% Avocado oil, while many other brands of Mayo labelled as "Avocado" mayo list Soybean oil right after Avocado oil in their list of ingredients. Soybean oil is significantly cheaper and significantly less healthy. Sir Kensington's is the best tasting Mayo I've had.

Q: Confusing....image on back of bottle doesn't state sugar, however, text on product page states cane sugar in 2 different areas. What's the truth?

Thanks for your question. Our Avocado Mayonnaise currently does not contain any added cane sugar and is sugar free per the FDA's regulation. Our recipe formerly contained sugar but was updated in 2019 to remove the sugar and be sugar free. The text ingredient deck looks to be out of date. Here is an accurate ingredient list for our current product: Avocado Oil, Organic Certified Humane Free Range Egg Yolks, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Lime Oil. Q: Is the avocado oil mayonnaise in squeeze bottles or screw cap jars? Prefer squeeze bottles but vendor photos are showing both.

Hi there - We sell our product in two styles. One is an inverted plastic squeeze bottle thats 12oz. The second is a 16oz glass jar.

Q: Does this have a avacodo flavor?

I don’t think it has an avocado flavor but you can definitely tell it’s made with it as that oil flavor is there.
