Received a defective Ultima Natural Latex mattress with a 2-inch depression out of the package. The SleepyCat customer care refused to help since it was bought on Amazon ( contrary to the 10 days return / replacement policy), and Amazon wouldn’t replace it despite the listing saying so. Now, refund pickup has been delayed too. Very disappointing experience overall, wouldn’t recommend buying mattresses from Sleepycat or from Amazon.
