Good flavor. It's NOT at all spicy, but I do like a good gumbo. This is NOT authentic you will find in LA's Terrebonne Parish, or NOLA, but it's still really good. It has a decent amount of fiber, but more protein could be added, as 7 grams protein is on the low side. These are great when I'm hungry but don't want to cook in this humidity.

A little spicy but really nice. Am looking forward to getting it again.

Very good flavor, but a little dry. The spice factor was perfect for me. I think adding salsa or whatever you like for the dryness and it would be amazing. Good portion size for me. I only ate one half for one meal. It was very filling. But I am not a big eater. I thought it had adequate chicken for the type of product it is. Pricewise, I think is fair considering how much fast food or delivery food is now.. No prep making this meal yourself makes it worth the price in my opinion. Easy to prepare. Great for a single person to keep on hand for when you don't want to cook for yourself. I will definitely order again.

I thought this was going to be super spicy or would have an odd flavor trying to replicate Jamaican jerk. It was quite the chance I took buying a pack of these before even trying it once. The Jamaican jerk flavor was actually quite mild in spice, to nearly no spice at all. The flavor didn't overwhelm the rice and beans, and added just the right amount of flavor and didn't overwhelm - almost like a gentle kiss of flavor. The beans and rice have the classic Ben's taste from any of their other beans amd rice classic taste - but with some underlying tones of Jamaican jerk.

Portion size is good; flavor is bland and slightly chemical. Easy to make, notcat all spicy. Lots of calories considering portion size but there are much better choices available.

Handy and tasty. 90 seconds and you have a satisfying meal. Reasonable calories not a ton of sodium. Recommended over ramen noodles!

These meals were very small. And certainly not worth the money they charge for them. You would need at least two for lunch and probably three for a supper It is very hard to open the package as well. I am a seriously disabled Vietnam veteran and one reason I decided to try these was that cooking is extremely difficult for me. A larger pull would be beneficial. I also felt that they were a bit bland for my taste There was also minimal meat in the meal. I truly did not expect much from these meals

I am a big Uncle Ben's fan, so I was excited to see these. Unfortunately, I found them to just be too dry. If maybe some sauce was added to the entree they would be amazing! Very little flavor, and way too dry, that is why I only gave 3 stars.
