These make taking vitamins a treat instead of a chore. I purchased these along with a multivitamin of another brand at the same time. I had been feeling very run down and slightly depressed due to the winter blues. I am also peri-menopausal so that is another factor at play. I realized that between my hormonal fluctuations and getting little sunlight, no wonder I felt so blah so I decided to get on a vitamin regiment that includes vitamin D. In the few weeks that I have been taking the combination, I do feel like I have more energy, my sleep seems improved and I dont feel quite as "blah". Too many factors to say which was which, but either way I feel enough improved that these will stay part of my regiment as they taste good, unlike the solid vitamins, I absolutely can ot stand to take.

There are three flavors to choose from. The taste is quite similar to gummy candies and is very easy to accept. I like it.

I got these for my 7yo who needs to take vitamin D and he loves them! The consistency is just like a normal fruit snack and the flavor is great too. Highly recommend for kids who can’t swallow pills yet!
