Perfect for those who love to be one and done. This vacuum and mop clears up two birds in one stone. Having all hardwood floors throughout our house was the most aesthetically pleasing decision, but not the easiest to clean. This vac-mop doesn’t leave streak marks, is lightweight, great battery life, and suctions up great even in corners. It is easy to take apart to clean the mop part of the unit. While cleaning, it propels/ pushes itself forward instead of the operator having to put in the effort around the house. The vac-mop is a smart device, it lets you know when it needs more water in the tank, and it lets you know to place it back onto the charging station. Also, it self cleans when it is put back on the charging station. This helps prevent a smell on the recently used mop part. The device comes with its in own cleaning solution, which does not leave the floors sticky like other solutions on the market do. The ‘clean’ water tank and ‘dirty’ water tank are different, which gives the mental satisfaction that clean water is being used to sanitize the floors, unlike a traditional mop bucket. Ultimately, it is a great value for your money and saves you time during cleaning!

This wet dry vac is so good, I live in an apartment with an open concept and I can quickly do the kitchen living room and dining room. Everything feels so fresh. And it's self-cleans! I have a big expensive vacuum but it's so heavy to take out, and this thing is so light that you really do use it. The customer service is phenomenal. It's one of the better things I have bought on Amazon.

I'll start with the good. The Ultenic AC1 Elite does a good job of doing what I bought it for. We have a dog with a medical condition that causes him to urinate in the house, mostly overnight, three to five times a day and I was getting tired of getting on my knees and cleaning it up with rags. I read reviews of several wet vacuums and found the AC1 Elite appeared to be what I wanted. At first I it didn't seem as though it would work for me. I assumed the smart mode would adjust to whatever level was necessary but it wasn't cleaning to my requirements until I manually switched to max mode. Max mode cleans to my expectations and does an excellent job on my textured hardwood floors as long as I take my time and make two to three slow passes on the area I'm cleaning. Now for the interesting and irritating. The voice telling mode and status is hilarious as it gets excited when placed in max mode and angry if you stop the self cleaning before the cycle is complete. Regarding the modes and status, they stop short of making this as smart as it should have been. In the cleaning mode, it will tell you the clean water is low or the waste water tank is full but continues to operate unless you turn off self cleaning mode. It would be nice to be able to start the self clean and walk away without worrying the waste water tank is going to overflow or the pump is going to have a problem because there is no clean water. Another thing I find irritating is how much water is used during self cleaning. It's possible what it uses is necessary but for my purposes I get one third a tank of clean water for vacuuming and two thirds tank for self cleaning. As the tank is pretty small, I'm constantly having to refill the clean water which requires a cap full of their cleaning solution every time. Finally, customer service. There was an issue with the clean water tank leaking about a week after it was put in use and dealing with their support was prolonged and somewhat irritating. The web page says Contact Us Monday-Friday, 9AP-6PM(PST) but that is not what I experienced. Chat claims Ultenic is always here for you but will then inform you customer service representative is not available but you message will get a reply. It happens the next day and communication continues like that, send a reply and receive an answer the next day until enough questions and information including videos of the issue have been sent, received and replied to the following day. All this is done friendly, professionally and resolved to my satisfaction but it felt like sending a message to Mars and waiting for a response. Finishing the review, I would recommend the AC1 Elite to anyone needing to spot clean hardwood floors. As I've not used it to do an entire room I can't say for sure but I would expect it to do an excellent job there as well.

I was looking for a wet-dry vacuum and found the Ultenic cordless vacuum mop. I absolutely love it and enjoy mopping my floors. It was very easy to assemble it, I would say it took me about 5-7 minutes. It runs for about 50 minutes, which gives me enough time to mop floors in my whole house. Also, it captures all edges and corners, leaving no dust there. There are two separate tanks for clean and dirty water, which cleans the floors with fresh water. The box comes with a cleaner solution, and it smells absolutely fantastic with a lemon scent. Also, it has a feature of self-cleaning; just one touch and it cleans a brush-roll really well. I absolutely recommend it!

Love the ease of cleaning this after it moss the floor, its pretty gross to see the dirty water when you empty it into the toilet but the self cleaning mode washes out the vacuum itself, so knowing that all that gross dirty water and the little debris pieces aren't stuck in there and will eventually cause it to smell. I feel like every time we get a new vacuum within a month it smells like a dirty dog, this one is over 2 months old and the smell isn't there yet, I think it has to do with the self cleaning feature. The vacuum is easy to operate, i like the self pull it has, and it doesn't take any effort to push it around the house. The roller comes off easy and is easy to rinse off and pop back on. Im glad these came down in process because I really wanted one when they first came out a couple years ago but at the time they were out of my price range and now its affordable.

Légère et facile à manœuvrer, cette machine offre une autonomie de 50 minutes idéale pour une surface importante. Je ne regrette pas cet achat !

Der Sauger kommt gut verpackt in einem großen Karton bei einem Zuhause an. Neben der Bedienungsanleitung ist noch eine Reinigungbürste, ein Wechsel Filter, ein Reinigungsmittel, ein Ladekabel und die passende Abstellstation dabei. Der Aufbau ist ganz einfach, man muss eigentlich nur den Stiel an das Gerät reinklipsen. Nun befüllt man den hinten eingebauten Wassertank noch mit Wasser und ein klein wenig von dem beigefügten Reinigungsmittel und schon kann es losgehen. Am Griff sind schon die Ein- und Ausschaltknöpfe, sowie der Knopf zum Wechseln der Modus eingebaut. Mit dem großen Display darunter, hat man immer einen super Überblick, welches Programm gerade drin ist. Das reinigen damit geht einfach von der Hand. Sobald man den Sauger einschaltet, zieht er von allein nach vorne. Dadurch muss man wenig Kraft aufwenden und es geht schneller voran. Falls man währenddessen mal eine Pause macht, kann man einfach den Sauger nach vorne beugen und er bleibt automatisch stehen und geht in den Ruhemodus. Wenn man weitermachen will, drückt man ihn einfach wieder nach vorne und er fährt wieder los. Diese Funktion finde ich sehr praktisch! Wir haben sehr schwierige Fliesen, da man da leicht Wasserflecken sieht. Bei diesem Gerät funktioniert es wirklich super! Unsere Fliesen haben keine Wasserschlieren oder andere Flecken. Es kommt nur eine kleine Menge Wasser raus, was bei anderen Geräten oftmals zu viel ist. Der Akku hält ebenfalls lange, damit man auch einiges auf einmal putzen kann. Nun kommt fast meine Lieblingsfunktion: die Selbstreinigung! Sobald man fertig ist, steckt man den Sauger einfach auf die Ladestation hinauf und drückt die Selbstreinigungstaste. Nun reinigt sich das Gerät einmal komplett durch mit dem vorhandenen Wasser. Sobald dies fertig ist ertönt die Mitteilung darüber. Nun kann man den Wasserbehälter einfach einmal aus leeren und auswaschen. Für mich ist dieses Teil eine wirkliche Erleichterung im Haushalt, und ich bin froh, den Sauger gefunden zu haben ☺️.
