Exactly How to Sell: The Sales Guide for Non-Sales Professionals

The Title is Very Accurate (in a good way)
I am not a salesperson, at all. I mean, I'm an introvert so I barely like talking to people in general, let alone trying to pitch them something. But this book helped me understand that I had the wrong mentality. It's not about pitching, it's about serving the other person. A mix of strategic thinking and actionable tips makes this a great resource for anyone who has a business, works in business, or has uttered the phrase, "let's get down to business."

We are all in Sales!
Like it or not, we are all in sales. This book takes the subject of sales, which can be uncomfortable for many of us, and gives you methods to grow your sales without having to “sell”. Phil’s books do an excellent job of packing a lot of punch into a concise work and this is no different. Each page is full of lessons, tools, or tips…there is no meaningless filler in here.Whether you are a sales professional or someone who would simply like to benefit from learning how to have sales conversations differently, this book is for you.

A book that does EXACTLY what the title says...
After reading Exactly What to Say, which is terrific by the way, go ahead and read it, if you haven’t already.Exactly How to Sell was a no brainer, for me to get. This was an easy book to read. Before I knew it I was finished! It’s filled with practical and simple thoughts on the decision making process, conversation and sales success.Who do you serve? What problems do you solve? Not questions, we ask ourselves or if we do, haven’t come up with an answer that has made much sense. Phil Jones not only asks, but explains with simple and very relatable insight. How we communicate matters. Selling is happening all around us, everyday. This book will help anyone, whether in sales or not communicate better, with integrity and purpose. Mastering the techniques and strategies in the book while “Making moments count” as we build relationships will bring repeat business, and happiness in your life even if you’re not in direct sales. Our team will benefit from the perspective shared. This is a book I will reference often. Thanks Phil.... Brilliant!

A must for anyone who ever talks to other people
If you spend any time at all during the course of your day speaking to people who are existing or potential customers then this is the book for you.People buy from people, not from organisations so every conversation, even if you don't think you are part of a sales team, contributes to how your business is perceived. This book makes "salesy stuff" accessible to everyone, as it puts building and maintaining relationships with people at its centre. It is an uncomplicated read and if you are prepared to put focus, time and consistent effort into applying the gems in this book to your own situation then you will unlock new levels of success.

Easy to read, detailed. Some recycling.
Detailed instructions. He's recycled some ideas from the world of writing about selling, but he's obviously thought about things so not just cranking it out to make money on writing a book. It's not a huge book so easy to read.

Interessante
Concetti interessanti anche se già sentiti e risentiti, diciamo che è un buon ripasso e un buon modo per avere a portata di mano tutte queste nozioni in un solo posto
