Just what I wanted. Right size and easy to use.

It does smell like copper but works decently
I don’t know about under eye toning but it’s great for muscle massage. The metal ends have a cooling feel and does glide smoothly across my skin without having to rotate it around. It’s works great on stiff neck muscles. The only negative is that there is a slight copper scent that does linger. The longer you use it the stronger it gets.

Smells!
Received wand yesterday... it slides nicely on skin and feels decent BUT it smells horribly or pennies and then makes my hands and face smell like that as well. I do not want to smell like old pennies when I'm supposed to be relaxing. Very disappointed in this product.
