I like this product,...........but not so much in water, it suits my taste buds better in plain hot tea. It has a slight sweet taste so hold the sweetner til.you taste.test. Also, in hot liquid you need to stir a bit (it clumps).to.have it dissolve completely. The scooper is buried in the container just add a level scoop to liquid and enjoy. It was a great taste and worked very well keeping me hydrated but since the first batch the last two batches haven’t tasted as well. It still dissolves easily however. Not sure what happened with the formula..

I cannot take. Tried for 3 days, got very sick (nausea/diarrhea) so didn't take for 3 days then tried 1/2 scoop and got same symptoms. I read all the ingredients, tried to figure out what could cause me to get sick but nothing but good stuff I drink, but it just doesn't agree with me. Hate it too, because I was looking for something to help my chronic dehydration. It is on the expensive side for one jar-would be great if they offered a trial size. It did dissolve easily with no gritty taste.

Good flavor

I've tried several times to use this product, diluting it more than it called for, but the taste is disgustingly sweet. It took over a month for it to be delivered, and then I find out I can't return it. I would never have bought it if I'd known it was not returnable, as this is a significant investment for a supposed health product. I'll never know if it works because I can't get it paste my mouth.If I could give it zero stars, i would.

I am retired - I play golf twice a week. This is my go to drink on the golf course. It’s hard ti find a drink that hydrates without all of sugar that’s typically added.

Great product. Already feeling the difference after just 7 days of use.. will buy again
