Great product but terrible taste

Tastes nice and can feel the difference in energy levels already. And it gives you energy but without the pins & needles / restlessness that you usually get with these sort of products. Easy to mix as well. Only con I would give is the drink stains your teeth and tongue quite a bit after drinking it.

I gave a three purely because of the energy it gave me. It not like the energy you'd get from caffeine where you end up crashing after a few hours but its a nice steady energy that lasts throughout the day, for a mum of two that was very helpful. Going forward, i might take this in smaller doses before gym for the energy boost. This will be good for someone who's trying to lose weight fast as it suppresses your hunger. I went the entire day without feeling hungry but I had to eat because my goal is to gain muscle. Taste wise, its a pleasant appley taste but you do need to make sure its mixed properly otherwise you'll find small lumps.

The product is good overall, but this flavour is so bad. I decided to try it after loving the Cosmic Blast, but I regret it now. The first time I had it, my lips, teeth, and tongue all turned bright green. I drink it first thing in the morning before breakfast, and I didn’t realise the staining until I’d already left the house. It’s pretty embarrassing, so I won’t be using it again. I wish I could return it, but now I’m stuck with it.

I’ve been waiting for the right time to write a meaningful review because this stuff really works. I’ve been taking this for fat loss before doing a 15-20k walk every day since December and it’s given me more than enough energy to get me through my workouts. On December 4th 2024 I weighed 265lbs when I took my very first scoop and as of today January 15th 2025 I am 241lbs. I have lost 1 inch off my chest, 2 inches off my waist and thigh and 1 inch off my hip and calves in this space of time. All I do is take this and more recently L-Carnitine on an empty stomach right before I walk 15-20k steps on my walking pad. I’m not exaggerating but the “Frosty big apple” flavour is probably the best thing I’ve tasted in my life. I will say though it’s very sour and I think L-Carnitine enhances that but it’s my favourite part of my day. 10k steps takes me 1 hour and half and 20k is 3 hours but I break it in half sometimes a third. I wouldn’t be able to walk this much without this the time just flies, I’m pumped instantly and I swear I’m seeing more and more fat gone each day. DISCLAIMER This will turn your number 2 the same colour as the drink but it doesn’t feel any different! You will also run to the toilet. It will keep you awake if you take it late in the evening as well so very bad for people with insomnia like myself. The good news is that I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression but this hasn’t affected it. It also doesn’t make you itch or crash however my teeth do chatter and of course it makes me sweat like mad but I don’t mind as the pounds are dropping, just make sure you stay hydrated. My stats are 26m 5’9” in case that helps.

Always q great product. Tastes great, mixes great and not to hard on stomach.

Terrible - effects are nonexistent I have another product which has less caffeine than this per serving and has a better affect. Taste is good and that’s it
