My grandmother used this pasta in her chicken pasties soup I still use it today it’s a great cold day soup it easy and delicious

Happy to find this hard to find pasta (well it is where we live). Good pasta for salad, soups, cheese. Tastes like… pasta. And, like tofu, whatever you put with it. Good, firm texture, not mushy even if overcooked. Use in lasagna? Um, I think not.

This is so hard to find on the shelves at the grocery. My husband ordered a few boxes. I made some the other night with a little butter, chicken stock, heavy cream and salt and pepper. Served it with broccoli and pork chops. All I heard were forks clanking on the plates and mumbles of “this is really good.” My 6 year old had 2 helpings. Almost time to order more!
