These colors have a brilliance to them that's pretty impressive, dazzling might be the best description. What really impressed me is how dense/deep/rich the pigments seemed to be as a little truly went a long ways. I did the old 1 teaspoon to 1 quart mix on my clear and WOWZER!!! I will definitely be ordering these again!

I have used these for several very small woodworking projects. No river tables or anything big. Rather than try to hide flaws in wood, I use these to accent them. If I'm just filling a small crack in a piece, I will use the clear epoxy that comes in a dual-plunger package, instead of trying to mix tiny volumes of the liquid type. A small amount of one of these pigments is usually sufficient to give good color. Hard to explain, but if I use two, 3/4" globs from the dual-plunger package, I will use the end of a small zip tie to add the pigment, say about 2-3 zip tie ends worth.

I simply love this stuff. So easy to use and the colors are amazing! The blue is gorgeous. I put the blue in the engraved letters on my brother’s cutting board I made him. He was happy and so was I . I’ll be using this brand of dye in the future.

I didnt know at first it was a sampler pack, and therefore does not contain enough of any one color to do a real project. while some of the colors are player af, most of them got thrown away. I would have rather doubled up on colors like silver pearl, onyx, white pearl, etc than have colors like plum crazy purple and "she's covering up cold sores" red, and 3 shades of green? not useful. But, the ones I did get to try sprayed easily, didnt ever clog up my gun, and I had enough between two packets to practice and try it out on my air compressor tank - it is now the most ballin' air tank In the trailer park.

Our shop has been using black diamond mica powder exclusively for our epoxy pours in tables and other furniture. The color from one pack to the next of the same shade are consistent and offer repeatable results. It doesn't take more to get fully opaque either. Even in large pours I find we don't need nearly as much as I would have thought. These small bags go a long way. We usually buy packs 4, 10 and 16 and love them all. You get a few doubles between those but we use a lot of the black so that actually helps. The only downside is the last few times we've ordered at least one of the bags has a small puncture. It doesn't all come out, but maybe 1/2 gram will, and that makes everything inside the larger bag they are in a little bit of a mess. It just requires you to wipe down each bag and put the punctured one inside something else. I'm not sure what the best method would be for them to fix this (is it a bag quality issue or maybe some form of additional protection around them all?) but in the grand scheme, it won't stop me from ordering. These are far superior to others we've tried.

I bought this to try when I make my plastic baits for bass fishing seeing it is non toxic and safe .A little goes a long way and takes the high temperature when making them. Add some glitter and I’m catching a ton of fish. Update 1/25 caught 524 bass in 2024 . I make my june bug grape, June bug, pearl white , golden shiner, blue gill colors and more with this pigment. It mixes great and I use a 1/16 of a tsp with 4oz of plastisal.

Great colours and just what I expected !

I love black diamond mica powders but I have been searching for a red mica. This mixed pack quoted “imperial red” in the description but what you get is imperial pink/reddish. Very disappointed

Great pigment, best you can buy for resin projects, especially river tables/chopping boards. You get enough of each for a decent sized project or lots of small projects.

Used in resin. It mixed well, did not sink to bottom and the colours were vivid. Worth the price.
