The igniter just came in a plastic bag, no instructions at all. I found out on YouTube how to pull the wires from the old igniter. Just go slow and in order. Now all 5 burners (4 main, 1 side) on my NexGrill now work. No more candle lighter.This igniter didn't come with replacement cables like some do but I didn't need them.I looked on YouTube for instructions before I ordered the part so I just switched to the right tab. Would give 5 stars if they just had a card with a YouTube link.

Delivered quickly & was exactly what we needed, worked great.

The item fit after some wiggling. After installation it worked as the original. The only negative, and it is minor, the button that initiates the spark is a different design from the original. It is minor but the new design is not as fancy as the original.
