Exactly what I needed to make bread

Purchased to try out Victoria's Keto Flour as I was already tired of fathead dough after a month of being keto. I made the flour and it's fantastic! Super light and has a great texture. Bakes within the bread well and is quite a great dupe for flour. Truly impressed! Not much of a taste but it does help keep the flour nice and light. A little goes a long way with this so this package will last me quite a while. I will definitely be ordering again when it's finished! Definitely worth the $$$. And use with care- it's so light it will fly all over. And weigh rather than use volume measurements if possible.

I'm on keto and I'm using this as an addition to the egg bake that I make Consisting of the dozen eggs grated cheese a little bit of cream and a chub of sausage or some sort of ground meat Ingredients all mixed, together, put it in a large bake pan and bake 30 minutes. Gives eight generous portions. But I don't follow a recipe and I was putting two scoops of the bamboo powder in I had to increase the time to about 40 minutes to get the eggs to set up But the amount of fiber the bamboo powder added was a little too much I think I would back it off to one scoop. I have more confidence in using bamboo fiber than I am and using oat fiber because bamboo is not a crop grown in an area where they spray other crops with chemicals This powder is extremely fine and will blow up in your face while you're trying to spoon it. For people with breathing issues you probably should wear a mask when utilizing it.

I only learned of this 'flour' recently as an added ingredient in low carb baking. Alternative flours and meals are sometimes heavy. This fiber powder is very light and helps improve the texture of breads and cakes, at least that's my first impression as I begin to use it.

This bamboo fiber is a great addition to my smoothies. It's flavorless and VERY fine so it blends in my smoothies perfectly giving a them a richer feel without altering the taste. Hoping to dive into baking with this as well!

I have no idea what smell someone is whining and complaining about! This product does NOT smell bad! Bambo in general has no smell anyway! I have the nose of a Beagle dog! And, I can assure you, this product DOES NOT smell bad, I would know immediately! I have used it and it works well and has ZERO smell! Competitors need to stop buying products and giving bad ratings to boost their own! That’s grossly unethical! There is absolutely NO issues or smells with this product! I am not paid to evaluate products. I am just an average consumer that appreciates honesty and good products!
