I purchased the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner in June of 2023. It is beautifully designed, easy to use, excellent results . . . using just steam and no harsh chemicals, it cleans and disinfects. It comes with several attachments, I primarily have used the floor attachment (ceramic tile). I have a small dog and he tracks in dirt. I highly recommend this product for anyone interested in not just getting your floors clean, but disinfected too.

I’ve been battling a flea problem for months. Spent $300 on my own methods and $600 on a professional extermination. Maybe $200 more on other prevention items. The issue was so extreme that my home was unlivable and was told to find other (temporary) living options until this was resolved… For 3 months, my home had many extermination attempts and the fleas should be starved and eradicated due to no other living mammal being in the home. I’ve tried so many things, even freezing them out (a/c on high, open windows with freezing temps outside..) Not sure how this all happened in the first place considering my cat is regularly treated and mostly outdoors (yard treated as well). I’ve lived in my home for 3 years and never had an issue until months ago. The infestation seemed to be under control, but I still found fleas after everything. So far, my method below has been working well. Shipping took a while longer than expected, but when it arrived, I had some hope this would do the trick. I’ve done a lot of research on temperature killing points and the what might break the “glue” substance that binds bug eggs to surfaces. A lot of mixed information, I’d say it’s safe for anything above 250F. Dupray steamer gets to 275F and there’s another product they have that reaches 320F. Because of this, I gained some confidence that this is the one tool that would provide me with the upper hand at combating the fleas. While using this steamer, I noticed fleas jumping onto me (to try and survive?). Put me in a panic but reminded myself that this is doing its job. Using the white microfiber cloth provided was great because I could see how many fleas and other bugs this was killing. Even after killing my back and scrubbing the floors with PineSol, sweat, and tears, Dupray steam cleaner removed much more dirt. Being slightly physically disabled, deep cleaning is already a hassle, but this makes it so much easier with the extension arms. I do think a way to view water levels would be helpful and a temperature gauge would be a great feature on this product. Regardless the functions are durable. For anyone combating bugs (in this order): bag up all bedding and clothing to wash -dryer on high for about 10-20 minutes to kill any fleas. Wash everything- Premo brand laundry additive, soak clothing and bedding with this for about 15 minutes before washing and then wash with more of the additive. Helps keep the bugs away and off bedding and clothing. Vacuum everything -A good quality Shark vacuum (anything with a HEPA filter that intakes debris and doesn’t push it back out). Make sure to keep the vacuum running for about 10 minutes AFTER use to make sure the fleas or bug are really in the canister. Empty canister outside your home and tie the bag tightly after. Spray- Black Flag flea and tick spray. It’s potent so I recommend wearing a mask while spraying and leaving the home for a while. I sprayed literally everything. Wondercide has been recommended too for a less toxic and more everyday preventative, but I have not tried it yet. Vacuum again after about 24 hours of the spray odor has left the home. Just giving it enough time to set in.. STEAM -This Dupray steam cleaner, on everything. Use the white microfiber cloth provided so you could see what it’s all picking up or just anything white that will collect debris. Right after steaming sofas or other fabric types of furniture, use the Bisslle Hydrosteam upholstery cleaner while dirt is still “broken up” from the Dupray steamer. The Bissell does not at all have as hot of steam as the Dupray, but it’ll help get the furniture extra clean and pick up any dirt or bugs that the steamer could not (all about the suction on the Bissell). And DON’T get complacent. Depending on your level of infestation, repeat anywhere from daily to once a week until you feel you are completely bug/flea free. Pets: I was treating my cat with a super simple generic topical from the local feed store and Adam’s brand Flea shampoo. After finding out about this whole flea ordeal, I did more research and started to treat my cat with a combo of an oral and a topical -Capstar & Cheristin at the same time. But please speak to your vet first! My cat is a chonk (Maine Coon) and I wanted to tackle this from all angles, but safely. On top of all the bug issues this has helped with, it really does the deepest clean without any toxins or chemicals.

Cleaning against long term storage, dust, cats and dogs and their old fur and soil, storage. And not just that it is a large open floor plan with LOTS of GROUTED TILE FLOORING! this has been a dream come true, to not only clean but disinfect and renew. SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT SUPER EASY TO USE — INTUITIVE DESIGN — TURN ON AND GO I spent a couple months researching before k finally purchased the Dupray. ‼️YOU WANT TO GET THE ACCESSORY BUNDLE! I looked around and purchasing separately AT BEST will cost the exact same—at best. It turns this thing from a single mop to an entire cleaning machine, we’ve steamed the couch (dried up cat hairball throw up finally broke off. It’s like that yall 😂💯) I’m 85 lbs and unfortunately battling health probs that affect my mobility strength energy etc, so I couldn’t be more thankful for its lightweight, it’s 360 middle wheel. The steam power is great. We are slowly but surely going thru 2000 square ft of grout that hasn’t been cleaned properly in over a decade. This product cant be used in Japan as the plug did not fit the socket as in the photo. voltage is also diferent fron japanese standarts.

Easy to use, unpack, put handle together, add water turn on and wait For green light to come on. Rolls nicely on floor and low pile carpet. Plea to of tools and floor cleaning pads. Washing windows hats a bit messy as the steam is strong and in window quickly evaporated and drips but that’s the nature of steam cleaners. U used the extra cloth provided to wipe up droplets on window sill. I didn’t have much luck in cleaning the oven as I used up all my small brushes on window sills and small spots. Some hairs bent. Will have to order more. I will attempt in summer to steam my mattress and couches (they will dry out faster with windows open) I will also try it on my car carpet and small crevices ( will update later with review of that). You are buying directly from company so the customer service is amazing so far. They have follows up with me on my purchase and also sent me updated pads for floors -no charge. To me it still was just a ream cleaner, until I did the most daunting task of cleaning all my doors. A job I hate doing. I made the handle shorter and attached the soft brush and went over all the doors, knobs, door frames. I was impressed! It took me less than half day to do 34 doors! Usually a week of work for me. After that, I kept the gadget. I had few of these, and this in is the most powerful one I have ever had in my long life of collecting cleaning machines ;). It was also amazing on stair cases and small crevices between the spindles. No more wiping kitchen cabinets from crust food and sticky hands. I run the steamer in my wood cabinets and wipe off with provided cloth. Haven’t tried bathroom yet, will post that in my update later. I was a bit confused on the pricing though, some customers said that the price was 250 and they got it on sale for 150. When I was purchasing it (jan 2021) price was 300 and on sale for 250?? I have had this not long, it seems sturdy and it has nice long hose and cord. Before my warranty expires, I will update if this item actually will last the year. Also, love how small it it, so easy to grab and haul it upstairs. One thing would be great if the cord could rewind automatically and it has a cumbersome storage under the unit to wrap the cord around (I know I won’t be wrapping it for sure)

I have done a bunch of research for steamers and ended up buying this one as my budget was about $250 tops for a unit like this. I have used it only 3 times (about 6hours) for now and have cleaned most of my condo and I love it. Makes deep cleaning very addictive. The hand gun is top notch, fit and finish are as good as you can expect. Adapters are performing well, I find my self using the nylon brush for most jobs. The floor adapter with the included clothes works great and do not seperate while using on hard wood floor, leave alot of water on the floor and some streaks as it dries, i'll problably stick with my old floor procedure but once a in while this deeps cleans cracks and such. Window and mirror attachement works well too but again leaves high amount of water all over your bottom area as you drag down. I find the overall use super powerfull and most dry steam with the brush and triangle attachement which is the only 2 methods i'll stick to the most. Let me say I still think you need to combine chemicals to make a better cleaning jobs for example ceramic joints and oven tops fan. The steam will make your degreaser much stronger and get it done quicker. Also I'd like to point out it cleaned my fabric sofa and leatherette very deep and well with the MF pad on the triangle attachement, not too wet just a tiny bit, but expect to let dry your fabric stuff for couple hours. Also loved it for bath cleaning and around sinks. Triangle + MF pad for kitchen and appliances are fantastic, just buff off the excess steam after comes out streak free. I'm looking foward to use it to clean car fabric and get rid of salt stains, thank you Dupray.

Would totally recommend... Household cleaning made somewhat easier. It's true there's really no smell and that's important for my honey. The thing I was looking for was the product temperature of 135°C or greater. This temperature directly relates the Quality of the steam. At this temperature your rag in use should remain fairly free of wetness. The steam dries the rag out as you work with it. Warm-up was as quick as the rest (limited to 110V/15A) and the power button / indicator light is adorably large. The unit is as simple as plug in, turn on, wait 8 minutes, go. The steamer rolls around as happy as a puppy and the hose is long enough to get to awkward places. The cord is quite long yet wraps completely under the base of the steamer. The attachments are made of a heavy duty plastic and as someone who deals with materials in chemistry I can assure you this is quality injection molding. There's lots of tools but nowhere to stash them or the steam hose that is permanently attached to the steamer. The unit is smaller than you think and does contain a good 50 minutes of steam per filling. Works like a hot damn on old barbecues and greasy stuff. Be aware that steam cleaning is not a miracle cure. There's lots of things it can't do like get mud off small children etc. Hard to chase after the fast ones with a little steamer trundling along behind me. Worth it though! XD Yeah, I don't see any serious problems with this unit and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a home unit.

Ce nettoyeur vapeur de chez Dupray, c’est une vraie machine de guerre! Il chauffe super vite, la pression est constante, et il vient à bout de la crasse incrustée sans aucun produit chimique. Je l’utilise principalement pour le detailing intérieur — sièges, tapis, plastiques, recoins difficiles — et à chaque fois, le résultat est nickel. Ce que j’aime aussi, c’est la qualité de fabrication : rien ne fait cheap, les accessoires sont solides et bien pensés. Il est compact, facile à transporter, et franchement, il donne un vrai feeling pro. Si tu fais du nettoyage auto ou même à la maison, tu ne regretteras pas cet achat. C’est un investissement qui vaut chaque dollar.
