I'm increasingly sceptical of supplements produced in China, as they commonly don't taste anything like the ingredients that they claim to contain. This one is slightly different in that it's manufactured for a UK-based company, and a company that claims to care about the quality of their product. Oddly, the front of the packet contains the text "100% organic", though none of the ingredients are listed as being organic, and the claim isn't verified by anyone. The taste is very sweet, and there is no aftertaste, which is a little unusual for 'stevia'. Magnesium glycinate doesn't have a particularly strong taste, and there is nothing that I can discern in this product. So it's hard to say whether it's a great product or not. It might well be. It's certainly not unpleasant to take. It comes nicely packaged, in a dark brown glass bottle with a handy dropper. It takes some investigation to discern the recommended dose, which is 2ml per day (seemingly), equating to 2 full droppers (roughly). It says to take it in the evening, which from what I know is because magnesium can make you a little bit drowsy.

The best magnesium I have ever take. Normally liposomal magnesium should be absorbed very quick and with this I can feel it. Within 1 h after taking it, I feel very sleepy, so definitely needs to be taken before bed.

I often go through stages of not being able to sleep properly. I was getting fed up with using sleeping tablets and was recommended to try this product. I was skeptical, however I tried them the day I received the delivery (which came next day) and I slept like a baby! I didn't wake up groggy, like some sleeping tablets made me feel, and I stayed asleep all night. My father in law mentioned that he was having trouble with his sleep, so he tried this product and had the best night sleep he had in years. I hasn't really reserved magnesium before and I surprised how many benefits it gives you. I would thoroughly recommend this for a great night's sleep but also for an overall feeling of wellbeing.

This works well. I've used probably 6 different brands over the last 6 months and they've all been equally effective. The only differences have been taste (sweetness) and price. This one falls into the latter bracket having skyrocketed in price from 9.99 to 15.99. Read the reviews, do your own research and make up your own mind. I will return to my previous brand
