I received these and they are flimsy pieces of a silicone type material. The description says magnetic, but the "magnets" are so tiny, and they don't work. They fall off and do nothing. I'm going to TRY returning them.

Purchased for a friend that's experiencing constant ringing of the ears. My friend placed the device in her ear and the ringing stopped instantly. I will be purchased a set for my Aunt and my husband! Happy to hear it helps with snoring too!

they were not not made to work. i believe they were made to unexpectedly fall to floor and a small animal get a whole of them and make them sick.

This is cheaply made, and it does not work. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought them. Wast of money

These kept falling off, not enough pressure on the ear to keep in place and had to keep adjusting. No improvement noted on my tinnitus.

Not worth the money, garbage product

I could not test them out because my chihuahuas got a hold of them and used them as a chew toy. If they improved my tinnitus at all that would be exciting! I need to reorder and give it a whirl!

I am not able to wear this properly, it keeps coming out and fallling out. Can some one please advise.
