Do these tiles have a strong chemical smell?

The tiles I received have an awful smell. I tried airing them out and washing them but the smell is still going strong.

What's the best glue for attaching them together? I'm using them for a project.

I’m not sure. You could try craft glue.

Till how old can my children use the floor mats

I do not understand the question. why would there be an age limit? I use the mats to block knit garments so I may not be the best resource. but I do have children.

Can you inter lock two or three sets together?

Not necessarily. I bought two sets that fit together fine, and now I've just purchased two more sets and they are slightly smaller — about a half inch — than the previous ones. I'll likely have to return them or use them in another room.
