I purchased the Waterdrop Skincare BFC1 Facial Cleaning Countertop Filter February 2025. I had an issue with the first one that I ordered. I called customer service and I talked with Ashley K, a very knowledgeable and helpful representative. She put out a rush order to replace the item during the phone call. Within 24 hours Andrew had sent out another one. Both representatives provided excellent customer service and Andrew later became my ongoing contact. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and because of him I am able to give a five star rating. I am grateful for his quick replies in our correspondence and also for his friendly, caring manner during the entire process. I am also thankful for the company’s generous supply of replacement filters to make up for my inconvenience in returning the original item. I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to install, it is nice to look at and I have seen a positive difference in the appearance of my skin. I highly recommend this filter for your daily skin care routine.

The machine is great. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll be needing to replace the filter quite often due to the water in my area so for me it’s not that practical but customer service is great and the machine itself is nice .

Really helped to clear up my skin but stopped working recently. Purchased in December 2024. No-longer chargers and doesn’t light up while water is cycling through it.

I Love it I recently purchased the Waterdrop skincare filter , and I must say, it’s impressive! Even with my old faucet, installation was trouble-free thanks to the multiple adapters provided. The water now feels much softer, and my skin is noticeably less inflamed after just a few days. I love how the filter removes impurities, significantly reducing my skin redness. The sleek design is unobtrusive, and the real-time temperature monitor ensures comfort. I'm thrilled with this purchase and look forward to seeing even more improvements in my skin's clarity and health with continued use.I'll update my review on anything else

Omg! I just received my waterdrop device today. It was easy to install and I am amazed at my skin after one wash. I’m licensed in beauty and I promise this is a wonderful investment! Love it!

I thought I had the correct sized faucet when I ordered this but it turns out that it wasn't a fit. I was planning on replacing it anyway so we did. Once we had the proper faucet my husband set this up quickly and easily. I've noticed a light chlorine smell from my tap water and we have hard water. This unit is very well built and sturdy. It doesn't wobble or tip over. I honestly wish I would have bought some water testing strips because you can visibly see, feel and taste the difference in the filtered water. I love how soft and gentle this water is for washing my face and brushing my teeth. My facial skin was always on the dry side and I've noticed my skin is more hydrated and there's less redness and breakouts. I love the nano bubbles to help super cleanse my pores. There's a digital temperature display and an indicator to show you when to change the filter. It said on the website that one filter should last approximately 2 months depending on usage. I went to the Waterdrop Store and I found replacement filters in a 1 or 3 pack. The replacement filters are costly so this is an investment. Overall, I'm so happy to have fresh, clean water and the improvement that it's made in my skin and oral health has been noticable.

This little filter is awesome! I installed it in my rv because not all of the places we hook up to have the same, consistent water quality and I can really feel it when I wash my face. This came beautifully packaged and included everything I needed to get it charged, and installed. The actual installation took less than 5 minutes. I like that this is something I can move if I move, get a new rv, go on vacation, whatever. It's as easy as changing out your faucet's end ring and removing the screen and washer and replacing them with one of the variety of adapters included with this setup. They even put in a multi headed wrench in case you can't unscrew your existing faucet piece by hand. There's Teflon thread tape, Allen wrenches for both tightening the adapter end and also the filter arm, as well as a USB-C cable to charge the filter unit. The instructions are easy to follow. I'm not a plumber, but I'm fairly handy and honestly I didn't really need them to connect this system. The filter unit has an easy to read display, an indicator light, a charging port with waterproof plug, and little sticky feet so it doesn't slide around on your countertop. Once it's installed you can absolutely see the difference in the water! There are so many bubbles that it looks cloudy. I've only had it for a few days, but normally when I wash my face my skin feels tight and I have to slather on skincare products right away. With this filter setup my skin feels cleaner and more balanced. Not dry or stretched. I'm guessing that's those nifty little bubbles and the cleaner water. So on top of better feeling skin there the added bonus of me using less skincare products on my face afterwards. I mean, I'm still using the same products but less of them. Given my preference for luxury brand skincare that's a very nice bonus for my wallet.
