The aesthetics of this pair are beautiful, the products are sturdy and made well but the kettle is noisy. I've use several other electric kettles and none were as noisy as the Haden kettle

I love the color, but there may not be any other color choice. The tea kettle is electric and will turn off when done, no chance of leaving it on accidently. The toaster has adjustable widths for toast, bagels etc....

GARBAGE!!! 2nd REPLACEMENT same issues.
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS.Will not let you post an HONEST REVIEW.I was only allowed to load one video.Came to check on my review several weeks later and it was still waiting for approval.??(Changed the stars to 5 stars to bypass and it posted). I made a call to amazon customer service about this whole scammer behavior.I ordered the set - Teapot and Toaster duo. Using the toaster on the lowest setting possible (1.0) the toast BURNED and SMOKED pretty bad. Returned the toaster thinking this is a fluke and ordered a replacement. The replacement came, and the above video is the REPLACEMENT toaster.Exactly the same issue!It’s so unfortunate that products are not being tested for functionality. This should be the number one priority if you are a legit shop.This is an actual fire starter! I’m not kidding.I dared to switch the knob all the way to the highest setting - 6.0 because if my kiddos snag the knob at some point accidentally as they have done in the past I wanted to see what will happen to our house. I didn’t have the toast in there longer that 20 seconds before it started smoking actual black smoke and my kitchen was filled with smoke.

Sturdy and Shiny
There’s more shine then the pictures elude and it’s stunning. Very sturdy and easy to clean. Wish there were more offerings in the same brand and color!

Satisfied despite a few flaws
I have had this combo for over 4 years- especially love the "putty" color. I agree that on rare occasion the toasting will burn -when the bread and setting (2.5 ) haven't changed .Today, the toaster stopped working- but a you tube video on troubleshooting showed that the cord needed some exercise- . It also shows some simple solutions inside if needed - but this requires sliding off the lever handle. Haden did not design that feature. The last issue is simply a life long issue for left handers - the charming decor on the kettle is only facing you if you pick up the kettle right handed
