This is great for fried rice. It adds lots of flavor to the rice. It's also good on the vegetables I used in the rice. The metal can with the magnet sticks great on the refrigerator.

A little goes a long way. Flavor taste great. You only need a little or the flavor will be over powering. Perfect for at home fried rice if you are not skilled in making authentic fried rice.
