I hate to talk bad about this product, I love Foxy Bae. Let's stick to the good points,beatiful pink packaging,The actually wands and general material are very nice and good quality, gorgeous pink color.I was really impressed with everything but the power. This is 1200 watts, it's not totally slow but if you have alot of hair, this thing takes forever to do anything, even if your hair is 80 percent dry. Too slow and just didn't do anything for my hair.. the air curlers do work amazingly and give very bouncy curls, my hair did not hold the curls, my hair went flat in 5 mins... great curling tool fir someone with medium to fine hair. I really wanted this to work for me, this is a gorgeous wand and all the tools.. Foxy Bae was very kind and encouraging to help me through my difficulties with the item and they were super professional and understanding about me returning it. A plus all around, it just didn't work out on my hair. :( My 5 stars is for their customer service and this a great quality item, the curls just didn't stay in my hair at all.

Coming from a curly blondish hair girl.. leave minimum hair damage and loss frizz. Dries my hair pretty quick! My hair always looking smooth with this exact tool. It it light weight compared to the shark tools & thats why i loved it. Totally recommend!!

The curling iron is difficult to use and blows hot air a little close to the scalp when trying to curl so it was hard to curl the hair without getting burned. But the smoothing brush, blow dryer, and diffuser worked well. Heads are easy to change out

- “Edited” I contacted customer service because after I posted this my device stop working. The GFI kept switching so it wouldn’t stay on. They immediately sent me a new product after I verified it was under warranty still. I’m still in shock at how great and fast the customer service was and they now have a customer for life. 2nd picture is new one they immediately sent me, not the same color because they didn’t have it in stock but I told them it didn’t matter. -Worrysome, first I want to say this is my second one because I loved the first one I had but unfortunately it just stopped working one day. I ordered this one and noticed when I started using it that it was way hotter than the first one I had. I was just switching the head and noticed it looks like it’s burning the plastic. I still love it but just won’t use it on the hottest setting now that I’ve seen this. Be cautious with this as I could only imagine if it caught fire while I was using it in my hair or even worse in my daughter’s hair.

Bought item in December of 2024. Doesent turn on now and no way to warranty the device. I have 1 hair dryer from 1990 that still works. Only got 7 months out of this one.

I have been wanting a Dyson but didn’t want to spend the money. I tried this and it’s so easy to use! The ability to control the heat level gives the perfect blowout. I have short, thick hair and it dries quickly leaving my hair soft!

I was expecting a lot more than what this product delivered. It didn’t smooth my hair in any way nor did it curl it. After many attempts I gave up and sent it back.It would be helpful if it had a longer handle.
