The Ramen are very good and low sodium. Can't determine less sodium in the flavor. Bought this low sodium brand several times and the results are the same, flavorful ramen.

This was my first time preparing Ramen from individual parts. This Ramen did not disappoint! It’s so light & cooks quickly. I added a low sodium chicken flavored seasoning and low sodium dried veggies. The cooking time was 5 minutes, total & I am enjoying an amazing dinner!

I like these since they're healthier than regular ramen noodles. A little expensive for what you get, each block seems smaller than regular ramen, but you can always mix in whatever you want. I bought a nice microwave cup to cook it in, and it's easy to make.

Good texture. The taste was neutral, allowing me to doctor it as I wanted. Lower salt, which was what I was looking for.
