It was easy to set up and works great! This is much less expensive than the other products we considered. The free app is perfect tomorrow monitor.

I bought this medication dispenser for my father who has dementia. He would take a whole week of meds in one day. This unit stops that since he can't access more meds than what he's supposed to take. It locks and I have hidden the key. The set up wasn't real hard but just a little confusing at first but did get it. Another great feature it notifies you on the app when the meds were taken. I couldn't be happier.

the best thing about this device that stood out from others is that it has wifi connectivity—this means that I can see when my dad (with dimentia) has taken his pills or even notifies me if he missed them. It is lockable and makes the next set of pills available at a set time so he doesnt accidentally take the wrong ones. I have the ability to override the ‘open’ time remotely if he needs to take them earlier due to an apppt or something. I wish it would also let me reverse the tray remotely on the rare occasion that he misses a dose and I wish that the top was clear and not frosted so we could view the pills easier. It would be too tricky for my dad to actually fill it so I do that for him, but it works really well at giving me peace of mind that he is taking the right pills at the right time.

Ok. The pill sections are quite large so that has been nice. We did go camping this weekend and the battery life does not last long.. maybe 24-36 hours? Next time will make sure to charge it for a few hours each day and bring the cord. Wish it had a battery compartment instead of just a cord. The app is difficult and clunky and not a fan of that, but it is loud and sends text alerts as well as verbal alerts. It works best if used at home. Def dont let your older parent set it up themselves-this is best done by someone more text savvy. Also if it loses battery charge and wifi-you will have to reset the whole system again.All that said... I do like it. My mom was either skipping days or weeks of meds or double dosing herself, so it is really handy to have something like this that really does keep track of things. I would recommend it, but make sure to work around its issues.

I purchase this for my 84 year old mother she was always worried about is it time to take her medicine she would call me often at work and there were a couple of incidents where she would sneak and take medicine before time or she would take too much medicine this device was an answer to our prayers.I was worried about my mom receiving it but she loved it.The ability to lock it with the key andto set up all her 4 doses a day for 7-Day week the way it alerts her when it's time to take her meds the way it alerts me if she misses a dose this device met all I need

Received and doesn’t work. Set up and immediately got an error message. The instructions don’t contain troubleshooting and getting help isn’t clear. If it doesn’t work when we first get it how do we trust it to work regularly?

This is the best thing I have bought in a long time. I can monitor my family members medicine (once daily). He overdosed on an antibiotic and this is great because he doesn’t have to remember to take his meds because the device reminds him. I can call and remind him if he doesn’t take it. I haven’t had to so far. I set it up on my iPhone through his WiFi .

Bought this for my mom (she was taking too much medicine, napping off and on all day and waking up thinking it was the next day) this has prevented that.. I can see when she takes her meds and if she’s missed any.. she hasn’t missed a dose since I got this for her. I can make it open for her from my home also if she wants to take it early. The alarm on it is LOUD for her to hear. Can’t go wrong with this product!
