It does a job
It fit nice into plastic 4 inch pipe and it works fine so far .the quality isn't the best.if you are not careful putting it in the flaps can fall out . But it's working fine so far.

Good product for a fair price. Be careful spreading open to squeeze your 4” pipe or tube in as they are plastic and can break if you’re not gentle. Screws or any hardware are not included. Otherwise all good — one screw, one hole, sturdy construction, holds well.
