Arrived the next day, it's a big bottle I ordered gummies as I can't swallow tablets very good. They soft and taste a bit like lemon. I only started taking them a few days. They ok on the stomach and I will update more after taken them a while.

This is the only reason I gave this product two stars instead of one. As far as I can tell, these are candy being sold as a supplement. They did absolutely nothing for me at all. This is the fourth product I've tried from this company and had the exact same results from all four. I am forced to conclude that nothing they sell is worth buying.
