I bought this vacuum for a specific part of our house, our attic. My husband and I recently redecorated our attic and turned it into our master bedroom. In 30 years of marriage we have never had a nice large bedroom so we decided that this was the time. Our whole house has hardwood floors except the attic which had new low pile carpet so we decided to keep it. Since I didn't need a vacuum for the rest of the house I wanted something light, easy to use, that was cordless, and that could hang in a closet. This vacuum fit the bill. So I bought it. My Mom who lives next door to me also has hardwoods but lots of area rugs and she liked it so much she bought it the same day. Well, they came quickly. They were easy to assemble and everything seemed very straightforward but I only used mine twice and it quit working. I bought it in February but our master bedroom wasn't ready until the end of May and thst was the first tile i used it so I knew I couldn't return it. So I reached out to the company. They were very gracious and always got back to me quickly even on Sundays and evenings. They walked me through a few things they needed from me, like the purchase invoice and a picture or video and a complete description of what the vacuum was doing. I thought it was broken, that i bought a piece of junk and that I made a big mistake but they gave me step by step instructions on how to look it over and turns out they were right! There was a Lego stuck in the tube!! Thank God I just donated all of our Legos! I am just thrilled to bits! It works great now on the hardwood floors and on the carpet! I had to email the company several times because I couldn't get the video of the vacuum showing the error code, shutting down after 5 seconds, to load onto the email. The customer service was excellent with me they never got upset they just kept guiding me and giving me more ideas on how to send it all through and finally it worked! I am not as tech-savyless as I thought! Overall, I would say great vacuum, works well, has good power, and to know that they have customer service that stands behind their product at all kinds of strange hours, days, and times is priceless. So, if you're on the fence about buying this vacuum I would have to say GO FOR IT!! I never write reviews either so this is a big deal for me to be raving about not only the product but the company as well.

I can zip around the house without feeling like I’m pushing a tank. The fact that it’s cordless is a game changer—no more messing with cords or finding outlets, which is a huge win for me.The LED light on the front is actually way more useful than I thought it would be. It makes spotting dirt in dark corners so much easier. And the suction? It’s amazing. This thing picks up everything on both carpets and hard floors without breaking a sweat. Plus, it has two modes—Eco for longer runtime and Max for when you need that extra power. I love that flexibility.The anti-tangle brush is another great feature—I’ve had vacuums where I had to constantly clean out hair and threads, but not with this one. Also, the 40-minute runtime is more than enough for me to clean several rooms before needing a charge. Overall, it’s a solid vacuum that’s easy to use and gets the job done. Definitely worth it!

I love this vacuum. It's light and works well on wood floors and carpet. It's easy to take apart and add attachments and the best part is no cord. The down side is that it doesn't stand up on its own and you have to find a spot to lean it up if you pause in the middle of the job. After a few weeks of use it stopped working after a few seconds and displayed an error not listed in instruction book or website. I searched Youtube videos and finally found the answer. Just had to remove the bottom and top pieces and clean out the debris from both ends of the long tube.. I'd buy this again. In fact, I gave a few as gifts for the holidays.

I was looking forward to the vacuum, working good, but unfortunately the battery life is not good at all and the suction is not the best. I did order a replacement to give it one more chance. I’ll update my review once I receive the other one. Fingers crossed that the next one is better!

The media could not be loaded. I have used this for more than 2 weeks now and I can say this works well for a vacuum. The design is similar to a more expensive brand of vacuum but the price is way below.The battery life is good. When fully charged I can vacuum my whole house without any problems.The vacuum is also light weight so moving it around is quick. Also the attachments are easy to use. So it is easy to change them depending on the surface you want to vacuum.

It has its perks although for an every day use vacuum it isn't strong enough to get the floor really clean it doesn't suck up everything I have to run it back n forth a few times and the spiral thing inside it doesn't even role when it's pushed so that's no help. I threw the box away so I dnt even think I can exchange it if that's a malfunction but I dnt think it is it just isn't the greatest and was my first time trying a cordless. I'm a Lil disappointed but the smaller piece will do good for tight spaces n things like that.
