This parasol is perfect for my decking, it was easy to assemble and the solar power lights look really good..I am really happy with this purchase and would highly recommend..

Great parasol. Good heavy sturdy base filled with water. The weather has been so awful we have only used it twice so far. The cover is robust and sheds the rain.

So let me start off by saying I was hesitant in buying this as I live above shops and it gets quite windy up here (and by that I mean ALOT windy),but I was pleasantly surprised, I brought the grey set with base, cantilever parasol with led's & cover and they are all great quality (although the base lids are very thin And mark easy),it took about 4-5 bags of play sand (I recommend this as kiln dried sand is alot lighter,and play sand weighed it down nicely)& I brought the sand from my local Lidl at £3.99 per bagI agree with alot of the other reviews about the instructions (or lack there of,I still don't know how to fully use it so any tips would be great)But all in all I'm REALLY happy with my purchase the base doesn't move or rock like I thought it wouldThe led's are surprising ,not massively bright but enough so Ur not sitting in the dark with friends & family (see pictures enclosed)The parasol is massive and pretty much covers my balcony lol but like I say I'm open and on higher ground so if your looking for stability this is amazing (like I say use play sand because it's wet and therefore heavier) ,it can get a bit scary when the wind picks up because like I say don't know how to use it properly and I don't know how to make it static and it sways more than a monkey in a tree but all I recommend is don't look up lol (but I suffer with anxiety so that's my own issue)But trust me when I say this is brilliant for the price and was also delivered earlier than expected it comes in 2 packages (well mine did anyway) but I do HIGHLY recommend it

Bought a cantilever parasol from Aosom UK. Very pleased with fast turnaround from order to tracked delivery to my home in 2 days. High quality product. I love the solar lights it’s very classy. Easy to install on my own. 5ft 2 woman. Everyone loved it when I had a party. Good cover case too. I have the app now and would definitely shop is Aosom again Very sturdy. And good value for money

When we received the Parasol we noticed that the instructions detail on the winding handle were the wrong way round, which we did not think would be a problem. However, we did see that the Parason was slowly slipping down as it was not being held up properly, until one day the winder unwound on its own to lower the Parasol and we were unable to wind it at all, which makes it useless.Very disappointed that it packed up so soon and we are left with a base. There is obviously some sort of fault which allowed it to do this. Not happy!!

Easy to erect although it would have been nice to have instructions Included.Good quality and fairly robust. Have not had it up in any wind yet so don't know how it will perform.

The parasol arrived when it should and was easy to put together. Erecting the parasol is easy and it gives great shade. The lights are a nice touch and work fine but we haven’t used them in anger yet. The rain cover is also a nice touch as it not only keeps the rain off the parasol but gives everything together on windy days. My issue was that a part broke as I put it up for the first time. I emailed the company direct and they couldn’t have more accommodating. I had an immediacy response and a new part was sent out to me. Great customer experience.
