Great product, I wear it around the house once the sun sets, full coverage to help block blue light from in door lighting therefore allowing melatonin to rise. Easily fits over readers as well. Sturdy product, great value!

I was a little concerned about fit-over glasses, having been burned before, but I'm happy to report that these work! Granted, my current pair of glasses are frameless. Still, with high myopia and no contact lenses, it was important to me to find a pair of blue-blocking glasses that I could wear for hours without scratching my glasses. These fit the bill. They're light, well-balanced, and comfortable on my face.The glasses appeared in a cardboard box that was slightly squished and a handwritten post-it from the seller which I thought was a nice touch. The glasses themselves were in a microfiber-type bag and no issues with the quality. Lenses were clear (so clear!) and no scratches. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to see out of the glasses, too. There is an amber tint, obviously, but images remain crystal clear, and it's easy to use when I'm on my computer, laptop, and other devices. No issues with reading text or with visual clarity.Interestingly, when I put them on, I can feel my eyes relax almost immediately, and it's so much less 'painful' to use the screen. I work mostly on the computer and my hobbies involve screentime, too, which means more than 12 hours of screentime on some days. I got these glasses because late work was interfering with my sleep. I've only used it a few days, but it seems to help - I woke naturally around 5~7am on the days that I used it, and I fell asleep much quicker and slept more soundly. I'll have to see how it goes but so far so good and I'm happy.Now, I just need something for daytime computer use...

I am impressed with these glasses by Septra479. They are sturdy and well made. They fit over my glasses nicely. I purchased them because I felt the information Spetra479 provided was well researched. I checked YouTube videos about what I needed to buy and what I needed to stay away from. Spectra479 seemed to be the product I needed to purchase. I am glad I did. They are somewhat pricey but worth it. What I did learn on YouTube was stay away from anything under $30.00. The videos were correct. I had purchased another cheaper pair for $15.00 and no where near the quality.

These glasses work very well. I started wearing them every night at sunset anytime I’m using my phone, TV or indoor lighting. I soon started falling asleep very quickly at bedtime and can now usually sleep through the entire night. I was a severe insomniac prior to this purchase, and I think they are really helping to sync my body back up with its natural circadian rhythm. I highly recommend these glasses! There are much more expensive versions on the market, but the price is right for these and they get the job done.
