I’ve had neck pain and stiffness for decades, especially upon waking. I’ve tried every kind of pillow out there, including ones recommended by doctors, with no relief. I was skeptical about this one too but it was moderately priced (unlike the last few I’ve tried) so I said what the heck. When I got it, I thought it looked too shallow and wasn’t gonna work for me. But the moment I laid my head down later that night, I felt a difference, like I was on a cloud or something, cradled in comfort. And this is the first pillow I’ve had where they weren’t lying about being able to sleep on your back or side with equal comfort. The very next morning I woke up with no pain and almost no stiffness in my neck. Like, it was almost instant for me! And throughout the day, my neck just felt more supple than usual. The next morning was even better.Another plus: I am a very hot sleeper and have no AC, but this does not get hot at all for me throughout the night. I also find it offers the perfect support - not too soft, not too hard, so my ears don’t hurt when it’s pressed into the pillow. I also don’t feel the plastic button in the center dip like another reviewer experienced, though conceivably that could change over time if the pillow flattens with use.I don’t know how well the pillow will hold up over time. But right now I am SO happy with it and hope they never stop making it! Of course, everyone’s bodies/preferences are different so it may not be for you. But I’m amazed, relieved, and grateful. I could kiss the person/team that came up with this!

If you have any type of neck issues or have trouble sleeping because your pillow just leaves your neck sore. This was the one that finally worked. For those who are in neck braces, this pillow will be the thing that lets you sleep. It's just a comfortable pillow. Unlike most, this somehow just supports your neck, keeps your head in alignment with your spine and you wake up refreshed and no soreness. There is no smell with this pillow unlike some others. The value for the money is in line and above my expectations for the functionality of this pillow. It would be difficult to travel with on an airplane but I'd take this one for sure on a road trip over anything a hotel gives you.

This pillow definitely helped with my neck and back pain! It took me a couple weeks to get used to it because I sleep different each night but the firmness and cooling effect are so effective in aiding me with the best sleep! Definitely haven’t gone back to my flat pillow.

We own so many different pillows, memory foam, gel padding, basic Walmart brands, expensive temperpedic, cube side sleeper pillows, etc. None are perfect so we are always on the search for the perfect pillow.This one seems better for side sleepers and it’s nice to have something for my hand to cradle as I’m on my side due to this unique shape and design. The hole in the middle of the pillow helps a lot with keeping it from getting uncomfortably warm like most standard memory foam pillows tend to get. The height is good too, not too high and I would say it’s a medium softness. Not too stiff so I can sink in a bit but still supportive so my head is being held up at a healthy, level position.It takes getting used to and the shape means you can try it in different ways depending on how you sleep. The pictures in the product listing gives you a good idea of different ways to use it. It’s pretty good and I do need a few days to get used to it as it’s very different from a standard round pillow. But it definitely provides more support which is good. I gave it a day to off-gas but it actually was pretty good out the box. The slightest smell and it expanded to full size within 5 mins. Pretty sure my memory foam mattress took at least a week to off-gas. So pretty good all told.Note the shape seemed interesting and I have posture issues because I work in an office chair all day so I experimented. I used it against my lower back when working and it’s a perfect shape for my lower back! Not too firm but just enough push to help it stay more straight than without and better than the lumbar support from my chair. And the shape contours around my back almost like it’s cradling my hip area. Nice bonus use!

I love this pillow, I have been feeling back, neck, arm ( everywhere) pain for a while, so from time to time I order a different pillow to try it on. So I got this one after weeks in pain, my posture was so bad that I had pain from the neck to my wrist, and after the second night using this pillow I could finally sleep, the pain is gone.I did read a review saying it is not memory foam, but yes it is, and it is not hard so I don’t get a headache ( usually those kind of pillow is either good for the back and bad for headache or vice versa) … I have tried over 5 different orthopedic pillows and even my cat loves it. Now I just have to share with him.I super recommend.

The wedge pillow is soft but firm, which can be great for elevating your head — especially if you use a CPAP machine like I do. I also deal with chronic migraines and severe anemia, so I was hoping for more support. While it works if you stay still, I’m a side sleeper who tosses and turns, and the pillow often shifts or stands upright during the night. I’d wake up with neck pain and migraines from sleeping in a crooked position. It might work better for someone who sleeps on their back or doesn’t move much, but I’ll be looking for a larger wedge that stays in place better.
