Excellent quality! The seeds are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for cooking. They added a great tangy taste to my dishes, and the package was generous for the price. I’ll definitely be buying again.

Use for all my indian dishes

Not as expected. Highly disappointed. Too bitter to eat. They stripped off the ellagitanins & gallotannins that are for apoptosis/ killing cancer cells. Seems like the stole the good ingredient containing the seed and sold it off to a different company to make pomegranate juice. Hence not worth it. Not usable. This is therefore a leftover of the nutritional component that is most valuable.

The item is good. I am an Indian. It met my standards.

Product is fine as a subtle spice but was expecting something more flavorful. Will try pomegranate powder next.
