I have used toners three times this price without as good of a result. Yes it seems femarketed toward younger women a little more but I am in my '50s and find this to be very moisturizing. It makes my skin feel wonderful. It goes on really nicely underneath of my serums and moisturizer. Even if some of the more expensive ones were on sale for the same price, I would still buy this one.
