Great little kit for a small project. Worked great with the patches and then smoothing the cream over the holes I made. Worth every penny and have some left for the next time. Mine was smoothed out-follow the directions and it will be fine if you’ve never done this before

I’m not sure if I would use this on a house (maybe for small repairs), but it worked perfectly for an apartment. We had hung a few items around the apartment and wanted to ensure we received the security deposit back. We used this to fill those small holes and it worked like a charm, even without much prior experience. For a simple, all-in-one package, I don’t think there’s a much better value.

You get all the tools needed for small drywall repairs, although supplying a texture sponge would had been even better. Very user friendly, the plaster seems to be a new compound, much easier to apply. The fix (3" wide hole) was a breeze. Foolproof!

Honestly never used drywall mud before so i could be wrong but when i opened the jar it had liquid on top. I understand its premixed but didnt think it should be that watery. I mixed it up more which helped but still think its too watery, spreads too easily to the point you cant really build it up. Calling it mud or paste would be generous, its more like mayo texture. And i thought the jar was really small - enough for a bunch of holes but i just thought there would be more. I wish the kit came with more sanding pads too, but the multiple spatulas are handy. The instructures are hard to understand, i dont think the person who made them speaks english as a first language so i mainly used online videos. It did dry nicely though over the hole i had, but i did have to do a second coat bc it shrunk a bit. The sanding paper works really well. I put water on a paper towel and cleaned around the hole and it cleaned the excess dry mud so easily. I hope thats a good thing and doesnt mean the mud is poor quality.

I absolutely love this kit. It was so easy to use. Great instructions and includes everything you need to make the repair. All the items are top notch. The putty came in a small 8.5 jar but it was enough for me to cover a large hole and to do a complete repair on a windowsill which was down to the wood in some areas. (Wish I would have thought to take a before pic to show just how bad this looked. The flexible spreader made leveling the area a breeze. Would highly recommend this product for DYI home repairs for the non-professional. BTW- Pictures are not of the finished product. This is before being sanding and painting.
