McCormick Grill MatesGarlic, Herb & Wine Marinade Mix, 0.87 oz

I use this marinade for chicken. I don't fry food and wanted a way to prepare chicken that tasted good and did not leave it greasy or dry. I usually purchase boneless chicken breasts and cut up peppers and onions and allow the marinade to work its' flavor in for an hour or so in a ziploc bag. Sometimes I make shish kabobs or just grill the loose chicken and veggies on a cast iron grill. The chicken comes out tender, juicy, and so full of flavor every time. Please note, it can be a bit salty so I usually add a bit more water than the recipe calls for to reduce this. Others that have tasted it always ask for the recipe. Overall, it's really very good and tasty and makes for a quick and simple meal that does not require a great deal of time or the use of an oven.

I marinate chicken breasts and wings in this before grilling or counter-top rotisserie. Fabulous. Then I cut up breasts and throw in salads with balsamic vinagrette dressing. Yum. All the McCormicks Grill Mates are wonderful.

Oh my goodness, love this stuff! It has a fantastic flavor! I have used it on chicken, fish, elk, venesin and turkey and works super with everything! I do soak my meat longer than the package says (about 6 hours) but I really like to taste the flavor.
