This mat is different, no doubt. There is a spongy, sort of soft massaging feel to the mat, due to its thickness. The large holes are the right size for sharp drainage away from the underside of the mat after showering. I wish there were more colors available. The green is very vivid. If I order another I would probably order white.

I purchased this for my 88 yr old mother and like to say that this far it has been great. She’s not had any instances of slippage in her walk-in shower, which was the sole purpose for the purchase. She likes that the drain holes in it are large enough to allow the water not to back up. So, I deem this a wonderful product that happens to work personally for my mom and her current mobile abilities. Thank you.

My husband and I both take showers and always use a cheap rubber mat with suction cups on the bottom. Whenever the mat starts to get molded or the suction cups fail to stick, it gets tossed and we buy another one just like it. What I don't like is the slim that always starts to grow under the mat and then it had to go into the washing machine to really get clean. My husband kept complaining that the suction cups made bumps that hurt his tender feet. So I started looking for another mat and found this one. This is close to the perfect mat: it drains well, the holes throughout allow water to flow over the top not the bottom so it stays in place and water doesn't collect under the mat, it is more stable than the cheap rubber mats, and it can still get tossed in the washing machine. Also, the suction cups don't come loose until you pull it up. Can't say enough good things about this mat. We have one in both bathrooms and I am curious about how long it will last. So far the color is the same, the structure of the mat is unchanged, and the suction cups are the same as when new. Highly recommend.

It is sturdy and I feel comfortable standing on it in my shower. Just need to remove mat from shower floor to drip dry. It sticks to shower so effective, the water gets trapped in the holes of mat and doesn't drain.

We’ve got many many bath mats, and usually the materials are average to poor quality plastic. In this mat is of a very good quality, suction cups well adhead, drain holes absolutely perfect size. Haven’t used it long but it appears to be more than worth the price!

I have plantar fasciitis. This mat is one of the more comfortable ones I've found for my feet. It also does a good job of resisting mildew.

I was not impressed with this shower mat. I really wanted something like this with the large holes, but this did not meet my expectations. It is nice and squishy though. My son likes to walk on it but not in the bath.

A gang of little suction cups keep this mat from moving on wet tile. Made from comfortable material that compresses slightly underfoot. Holes are large enough for water to drain without any obstruction. If the manufacturer made one slightly larger I would get in line to buy it. Pulls easily to clean or dry. So far I think this is a good deal.
