Great breaking knife...sharp blade/comfortable handle
This knife is excellent. I buy meat in bulk and butcher it and put it into my deep freeze. The handle on this knife is very comfortable and the rubber grip keeps the knife from slipping. The blade is extremely sharp and great for cutting all types of meat.

Love this knife
I have many breaking knives and this is one of my favorite. It was sharper out of the box than my victorinox knives. It's kept a great edge and is very lightweight. The handle is high quality and doesn't feel like cheap plastic.

Knife is absolutely 5 stars and I only gave it a 4 to bring attention to the sheath. This knife is great quality with a super sharp edge. Feels great to handle and works around meat with ease. If you buy this make sure you buy a hard plastic sheath or a way to protect the integrity of this knife.

Decent
Im a meat cutter for fred meyer (kroger) and found the blades got more flex than expected, handle is thinner than id prefer. Blade holds a decent edge and is easy to sharpen.

Dull knives
Was planning to buy a 12” slicer but after using this knife out of the box I have change my mind. One of the most dull knives I’ve ever received out of the box. Won’t be buying Jero knives ever again.
