Saved me over $500 by replacing my old motor myself. My last one was making a really loud knocking noise so I grabbed the numbers and came to Amazon. Find a DIY video online and go to it. Replacing the old one took 40 minutes at most and it only took that long because I've never done it before. Over 6 months later and it's still running great.

Our York 5 tons home AC went out this summer, the motor stop running. I first replace the capacitor, but the motor would still seize up after 20 minutes. Decide to replace the condenser fan motor too. Could not find the original motor. able to locate the old motor to this compatible motor Part # S1-02440899000. using that number to locate this A/O fan motor # F48AA68A50 that is compatible to original A/O motor. Which I 'm this lucky at Poker or Lotto, LOLreplaced Fan Condenser motor and capacitor. using this A/O fan motor F48AA68A50 was the best choice. 3 months now works great best price and value from Amazon. Glad I did not go with another brand from Repair Clinic which more expensive and made in China or India. So happy A/O made in USA.

Exact matchI got an exact match for my AC unit I couldn’t even find that here in town this motor was perfect that’s what I pulled out of my York AC unit couldn’t ask for a better Product everybody else wanted to give me a substitute for what I needed that would work I’m going through Amazon was easy everything went smooth thank you Amazon

Warning: don't over tighten acorn nuts that hold the new motor to the fan cover!I broke one still holds & works fine!If fan wont come off old motor shaft, spray with WD-40 and/or use fine sandpaper to sand motor shaft smooth!

Seems to be a good replacement motor for my York condenser. Working just as the original did nice and cold air coming from my AC.
