Sucks
Arrived with lid screwed on crooked and never could get lid off. Flimsy, cheap, waste of money.

This one is not worth it the lid does not screw on tight and is very flimsy
so this filter by Huff Designs LLC 300 Micron Mesh Stainless Steel dry hopper is terrible......this particular brand does its job well at filtering there is no issue their, but I will say this, that the lid that screws on is absolutely terrible, It does not screw on tight at all or stay in place if grabbed by the lid, it just clips on very loosely......I had a feeling this would be an issue when dry hopping in a KEG lightly carbonated, for 5 days and my worst nightmare just happened, when I returned to the keg 5 days later to remove the filter and get ready to tap the beer before work. I attempted to take the filter out of the keg by the string it comes with......and crap ...the lid popped off completely and 3oz of pellets hops all over the inside of my keg, beer and floor...just terrible, and for now the beer is ruined and needs additional effort to clear it up....so now I have to re filter my beer by purchasing additional equipment, and take precautions while doing the tranfer to not oxygenate the beer something I now have to learn to do, that I should not have using this product ... HILARIOUS......so for now can I recommend this product? absolutely not till that lid issue is resolved!!they should refund my purchase completely cause now i have to buy extra filters to filter put the pellet hops sludge

the best of the cheap chinese dry hop filters by a wide margin
Just like all the other chinese made dry hop filters on here, this thing is made of stamped stainless steel with stainless 300 micron mesh sides. Unlike the others, it also has mesh in the cap, which means that it actually works. This thing cleans up very easily, doesn't leak hop material and works great in general. I feel that if you are gentle with it, it will last a long time for adding hops to beer, either boiling or dry hopping. However, some caveats:-you have to tighten and loosen this via the cap area. If you hold the bottom and turn it, the mesh sides will bend. The sides have no reinforcement for the mesh.-the stamped stainless material the threaded cap area is made from is not very confidence inspiring. I would be careful not to overtighten it.-the cap comes loose very easily in my experience so far, but hasn't come loose of its own accord yet

Cheap junk
When I tried to take the lid off, it was so tight I couldn't take it off easily and ended up crushing the screen. GARBAGE!!!
