Se que se tienen que curar antes de usarlo para que no se pegue nada. Lo hice varias veces la primera vez previo a usarlo, aun asi se le pegaba todo. Lo limpio con bicarbonato cada que eso pasa y lo vuelvo a curar pero nunca funciona. Esta lindo pero comprare otro de marmol esta vez.

Heavy gauge nicely anodized aluminum with a not fragile non-stick surface. Good functional handle that is easily gripped. Cleans easily and doesn’t discolor or hold stains. Works as designed to make tomagomaki omelettes with as many layers as you have the skill to make, and I use mine to make less layered but no less delicious French omelettes too! Makes it easy to turn out classic omelettes without the browned bits that scream “looser” in foodie circles.
